WTAC is one of our favourite motorsports event in the year. Garth Walden piloted the Tilton Evo to a blistering time of 1:24.8550 to secure the number 1 spot. For many in the Honda community, it was a dream come true to see the Esprit NSX compete and we’re hoping we will see it again next year! In May this year, Honda announced that they would once again participate in the FIA Formula One (F1) World Championship from the 2015 season, reuniting with former F1 partners McLaren, a UK-based multi-titled F1 team.

Last Friday night, the NSW crew made its way down to Memphis Wings for the September meet. Burgers, wings and the ass burner sauce were enjoyed at the huge table that was reserved for us. We’re very excited about the new Civic Type R. It’s manual, turbo and the goal of creating “the fastest front-wheel-drive car around the infamous Nurburgring circuit in Germany” has been reaffirmed.

During the 1989 F1 Japanese Grand Prix Qualifying, driving data was collected when Ayrton set the world’s fastest lap around Suzuka. This data has now been used to bring back the sound of the Honda engine from 24 years ago. Simply amazing. Senna Forever.
